FactorySemantics MES Open the plant
One plant, measured, serving

Open the cutlery plant.

A disposable-cutlery works: ten million forks, spoons and knives a day, every piece with its own id. What is serving is one measured hour of that plant as the MES recorded it: 2.37 million units, 1,621 pallets, every inspection and certificate. The account sees everything and changes nothing.

The sign-in link goes here and works for seven days.

Why a link and not a button

The plant runs on one desktop machine, the same one the measurements were taken on, through a tunnel. A signed link per email keeps a shared address from turning into a load test, and a daily cap of new links means a busy day degrades to "tomorrow" instead of a dead demo. The data resets every night.

Where to look once in
  • Trace: pick a pallet, open it: 240 wraps, in each a stack and a plate, in each stack a fork, a spoon and a knife, each judged by its station.
  • Certificates: a pallet's certificate of analysis, Cpk on fifteen characteristics, issued immutable, and no capability stated outright where there are fewer than twelve checks.
  • SPC and Quality: the fifteen-minute checks the floor recorded through the same API a browser uses.
  • Floor and Machines: 83 stations, their states and bookings, the 15 scripted breakdowns the MES saw.

Prefer to read first? The measured report has every figure with the run behind it. Prefer your own machine? pipx install factorysemantics-mes and fsmes demo pushes one order through a simulated line in ninety seconds.
